Official Rules — Ink Defense Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, representatives, agents, or immediate family members of Amariste Group LLC (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter.

3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on October 16, 2025, at 12:00AM PT and ends on October 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Spooky Giveaway Page and complete the entry form by submitting your valid email address and any other requested information. No purchase necessary.
6. Winner Selection
On or about October 31, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
One winner will receive Ink Defense Tattoo Care products, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $85 USD; the total ARV of all prizes is $85 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for another equal or greater value.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email at the address provided on or about October 31, 2025. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact, an alternate entrant may be selected in their place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

13. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Oregon. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
14. Winner List
To request the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Ink Defense Tattoo Care, 1056 Green Acres Road, #102, Eugene, OR 97408, Attn: Winner List — Ink Defense Giveaway. Requests must be received within [60] days of the end of the Entry Period.
